Understanding My Behavior Style and
Others
We know how we feel about other, but often we don't know
how our behaviors and attitudes impact those around us. When we are not
aware, we often run into the same conflicts and problems. We just can't
figure out why we clash with others.
In the first phase of our Self Awareness coaching, we use
a powerful self-assessment instrument that helps you identify your behavior
style and how to read, and understand other people's styles as well. Based
upon this information that could normally take people years to realize, we
quickly see how conflicts in our relationships can be reduced and
eliminated. We learn how to communicate more effectively to enjoy our
personal and professional lives.
Mindfulness-Based-Stress Management to
improve our Relationships
After you learn to identify your behavioral style, and the styles of
others, our Self Awareness coaching goes a step further to help you create
more balance and peace in your life. We teach mindfulness-based stress
management, to help you learn to live in the moment to reduce stress, have
more sustainable energy, and tap into your inner wisdom. That wisdom that is
already present in each of us, knows exactly how to deal with any challenge
in our lives, especially in relationships.
